1. No Refunds: We do not offer cash or bank refunds on any purchase.

2. Return/Exchange Window: If you wish to request a return or exchange, kindly get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests beyond this time frame will not be accepted. 

3. Credits Issued: Approved returns will be processed in the form of store credits only, which can be used for your next purchase with us. 

4. Product Condition: Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.  

5. Non-Returnable Items: Sale/discounted items and custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange. We reserve the right to decline a return/exchange request if the item does not meet the above conditions.
